He is survived by: his wife Harriet Rose Tarr Kilroy of Salem; his children, James Kilroy Jr. (Maria) of Newburyport, Ann Kilroy-Whitman of Gloucester, Steven Kilroy of Salem and Lynn Beals (Jamie) of Saco, ME; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Diana, Christian, Grace, Angelica, Domenic, Adele, Jason, Eric, Ian, Emily and Ivy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his extended friends.
