She is survived by: her parents, Christian Militello of Gloucester and Maria Witham-Broadley (David Lane) of Salem; her godson Oakley; her siblings, Shauna Gauthier (Justin Plumadore) of Salem and Joseph Broadley of Salem; her nephew Oakley Plumadore of Salem; her grandparents, Anthony and Sharon Militello of Gloucester; her uncle Mike Militello; her aunts, Virginia Cluett of Peabody and Nadia Carpenter; her close friend Michael Burke of Newbury; and her pet Remy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jaelyn's name may be made to her mom Maria Witham-Broadley.
