She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas W. C. Giering; her parents, Aucline Sauve and Lydia Sauve (Vachon); and her siblings, Julie Giering, June Boucher and Leo Sauve.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa M. Prescott of Salem, Thomas A. Giering (Jeanie) of Minnesota, John H. Giering (Ruthann) of Danvers, Raymond M. Giering of Salem, Susan J. Giering of Salem and Patricia A. Hawes (Peter) of Florida; and her sister Anne Marie Levesque of Salem. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
