He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth (Andelman); his daughter Marilyn Dowe; his parents, Freda Greenberg (Broder) and Avrum Greenberg; and his siblings, Murray Greenberg, Molly Dasheff, Minnie Lewis and Rose Blass.
He is survived by: his children, Gale, William Blake, Arthur, Paula, William Mingo, Cindy, Gerald Meola, James and Marcie Trager; his grandchildren, Melissa, Sal Talluto, Andrea Dowe, Joseph Dowe, Jacqueline, Nate Carvalho, Lindsay Blake (Nick), Betsy, Marcus Aldredge, Stephen, Christine Meola, Stefanie Meola, Stacie Trager and Brooke Trager; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Talluto, Lucas Mattuchio, Colton, Ivy, Noelle Carvalho, Ginny Aldredge, Gabrielle and Gemma Meola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of Flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty Street.
