Pickering III and Christian T. Pickering (Sarah); his siblings, Judith Pickering (Brian Wormwood), Carol Pickering (Sean Donahue), Nina Pickering Cook (Glenn Cook), Christopher "Boo" J. Pickering and Michael A. Pickering (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Mark S. Thomas (Pam), Michael P. Thomas (Mary) and Kimberly Pickering. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was also past President of the Pickering Foundation in Salem, MA, where his skills as a builder and painter transformed and preserved his ancestral home.
