He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo E. Ouellette and Noella J. Ouellette (Levesque); and his siblings, Raymond Ouellette (Martha) and Linda Philibert (Jeannot). He is survived by: his wife Jill L. (Bown); and his sisters, Jeanne M. O'Donoghue (Robert) of Ipswich, Rita A. Romanovitz (Keith) of Daytona Beach, FL and Ann E. Conner (Merritt Lyon) of Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
