He is survived by: his parents, Charles Regan and Margaret Regan (Brawders) of Salem; and his siblings, Joseph, Thomas, Charles, Larry, Leo, Edward and Mary Digou. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, and grand- and great-grand nephews and nieces.
