He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Cookie" Sr. Harney and Susan Harney (Minigan). He is survived by: his wife Pauline Harney (Gagnon); his daughters, Carolee Harney of Salem and Emily Harney of Salem; his grandchildren, Breanna and Shaun; and his siblings, Sue Ellen Walsh (Brian) of Delmar, NY and Richard Harney (Claudia) of Peabody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
