He is survived by: his mother Camille O'Keefe (White) of Salem; his siblings, Jane O'Keefe of Salem, Mary Sullivan (Robert) of Beverly, Joseph O'Keefe Jr. (Diane) of Salem, Edward O'Keefe (Lisa) of Salem, Kathleen O'Keefe (Debbie Williams) of Boston and Kevin O'Keefe of Ipswich; his nieces and nephews, Shannon, Kelly, Jillian, Alyssa, Amy, Ashley, Madison, Kylie, Kiera, William, Cameron, Cullen, Shawn, Joseph and Shalon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Damon, Zoey, Nathan and Naya. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
