He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Tremblay (Silveria) of Salem, MA; his parents, Eugene Tremblay and Alice Tremblay (Ouellette) of Salem, MA; and his sister Ida A. Tremblay (Marcinkowski) of Reading, MA.. He is survived by: his son Rich Tremblay (Rosemary); and his grandchildren, Christopher Tremblay of Haverhill, MA. and Gina Tremblay of Haverhill, MA..
