He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Pacheco and Maria Diaz. He is survived by: his wife Maria Pacheco Tejada; his children, Carlos Juan Pacheco (Laura), Coride A. Pacheco, Carolina M. Pacheco, Caridania M. Pacheco and Carina M. Pacheco; his grandchildren, Corinthia, Dominick, Ashaley of Lisandro, CJ, Bryan, Edrick, Ramsey, Vincent, Adam, Anaya and Anderson; and his siblings, Jose "Chile" Aquile Diaz, Quisquella DeLeon and Emenegilda "Mellisa" Garcia (Elido A. Pacheco). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
