She was predeceased by: her husband Roger E. Ouellette; her parents, Charles E. Burkinshaw and Gertrude Burkinshaw (Coffen); and her sisters, Frances, Peggy, Evelyn and Theresa.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Keegan (Stephen) of Gloucester, Patricia Paradis (Frank) of Beverly and Carol Sachs (Jim Guthrie) of Newburyport; her siblings, Kenneth Burkinshaw (Olive) of Peabody and Marion "Maryanne" D'Ambrosio of Reading; her grandchildren, Megan Keegan, Ryan, Evan Paradis, Thomas and David Sachs; and her brother-in-law Americo Martins of Peabody. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
