She is survived by: her children, Stephen Jerzylo Jr. (Penny) of Sparks, Nevada, Diane M. Oittinen (Peter) of Panama City, Florida, Michael Jerzylo (Carolyn) of Westford and Raymond A. Jerzylo (Cindy) of Salem; her grandchildren, Erin, Melissa (Josh), Zachary, Benjamin, Lily and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Barrett and Eulalia. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
