We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Diane Burns of Salem, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Miller and Margaret Miller (Little); her husband F. Elliott Rowand; her former husband James Burns; and her brother James Miller.
She is survived by: her children, David Rowand of Salem, Dana Rowand (Ann) of Beverly and Deborah Lewis of Danvers; and her brother William Miller of Beverly. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
