He was predeceased by: his grandparent Dorothy King. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel M. O'Brien and Joanne O'Brien (McGowan) of Salem; his sister Jennifer Douty (William); his niece Cassidy Jade of North Andover; and his grandparents, Patricia Attridge of Salem, Lawrence King, Richard McGowan and John A. O'Brien. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
