He was predeceased by: his parents, Saverio "Samuel" Lavorante and Anne Lavorante (Pepe); and his brother John Lavorante. He is survived by: his wife Gilda (DiLillo); his children, Karin Luongo (Tom O'Connor) of Lynn, Gail LaPointe (Jim) of Salem and Robert Lavorante of Peabody; his grandchildren, Eric Luongo (Ashley) of Medway, Gary Luongo of Lynn, Carter Lavorante (Meagan Moorhouse) of Springfield and Morgan Lavorante of Springfield; his great grandchild Iliana Lavorante of Springfield; his sister-in-law Carolyn Lavorante of Lynnfield; and his siblings, Angelina "Angie" Lezzelle, Antoinette "Etta" DiPietro, Philomena "Minnie" Kachocki, Jean DiPietro and Rose DiPietro. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
