He is survived by: his parent Anna Tavis (Nunes); and his siblings, Doreen Belair of Hampstead, NH, Dwayne Tavis of Salem, David Tavis of Salem, Dean Tavis of Salem, Donald Tavis of Middleton, Dennis Tavis of Burlington and Daniel Tavis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
