He is survived by: his children, Crystal Clark, Cynthia Clark, Wanda Clark, Dixie Clark, Cathy Stevens, Dale Clark Jr. and Cooperjean Wood. He is also survived by several grandchildren and 22 brothers and sisters as well as many nieces and nephews.
