Hall of Salem, MA, James P. Hall of East Hampstead, NH and Thomas R. Hall (Mimi Tam) of Brookline, NH.; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Griffith of Worcester, Denise Lee of Salem, Daniel Hall of Salem, Stephen Hall of Salem and Heather Graves of Manchester, NH.
