She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Wear Sr.; her parents, Leroy Carter and Wanda Carter (Furtek); her sister Pauline Mahoney; and her child-in-law Thomas Rouleau.
She is survived by: her children, Cecilia "Penny" Rouleau of Grapevine, TX, Christine Provencher (Al) of Salem, Donald Wear Jr. of Salem and Christopher Wear of Salem; and her brother Roy Carter (Rita). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
