He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dullea and Palma Dullea (Iavolo); his sons, David John Dullea and Carl Douglas Dullea Jr.; the parent of his children Jean Dullea Gregoire (Venezia); and his brother David Michael Dullea.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle (Carmelo Santisi) of Revere; his grandsons, Nicholas and Zachary Santisi; and his siblings, Robert Dullea (Jeanne), Deanna Romsavich (Robert) of Danvers and Palma Smiarowski (John) of Danvers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
