He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gagnon; his children, Mark (Linda), John (Charlene), Matthew (Rhonda) and Catherine Patten (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Tasha, Dylan, Samuel, Emily, Hunter, Spencer, Teraina and Aria.
The military honors was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Cemetery (226 North St, Salem, MA 01970). Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murphy's Funeral Home (85 Federal St, Salem, MA 01970). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the John Paul II Divine Mercy Shrine (30 St Peter St, Salem, MA 01970).
