He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Brenda L. Jacobson (Goldstein); his sons, Philip Jacobson (Kathryn) of Great Falls, VA, David Jacobson (Alicia) of Cambridge and Brad Jacobson (Beth) of Newton; his grandchildren, Jonathan and Presley Jacobson; his sister Audrey Gilgulin; and his family Swampscott.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at the Lynn Cemetery (89 Lake Shore Rd, Lynn, MA 01904).

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to the charity of one's choice.
