He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Couto and Ana Couto (Araujo); and his daughter Anne Marie Couto. He is survived by: his wife Maria Couto (Rodas Araujo) of Salem; his sons, Alexander Couto of Peabody and Francis Couto (Julie) of Danvers; and his grandchildren, AJ, Gabi, Janelle, Alexis and Cameron. He is also survived by his two brothers and two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
