She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Fraczek; her parents, Francziszek Stefanik and Maria Stefanik; and her siblings, Thaddeus, Genowefa, Wladek, Stanislaus and Jozef.

She is survived by: her children, Alexander S. Fraczek (Pennie) of Salem, John F. Fraczek (Susan) of Salem and Kristina A. Fraczek of Haverhill; her sister Zofia "Sophie" of Poland; her grandchildren, Dannielle Colwell, Allison Zouin, Christopher Fraczek, Melissa Coppinger, Jacob, Jordan Fraczek, John, Jennifer and Tara Ewart; and her great grandchildren, Bridget, Zachary, Adam, Laila, Mia, Johnny, Cammie and William. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the current Corona Pandemic, all guests must wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing in accordance with Massachusetts Regulations. Her Mass of Christian Burial at the St. John Paul II Shrine of Devine Mercy will be private.

In lieu of flower, kindly consider a memorial contribution to the Shrine of Devine Mercy, 28 St. Peter St., Salem, MA 01970.
