He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Goveia and Dorothy F. Goveia (Brewster); and his brother George E. Goveia. He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Bagnell; his children, Christian Goveia (Karen) of Easton, MA, Jessica Storm (Simon) of Reston, VA and Max Goveia of Brooklyn, NY.; his siblings, Judith Schmitt (Brian) of Hull, MA, Janice Toomey (John) of Easton, MA, James Goveia of Denver, CO and Jason Goveia (Debra) of Easton, MA.; and his grandchildren, Brooke and Sawyer Storm.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Chateau Restaurant of Norton (48 Bay Rd, Norton, MA 02766).
