He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Rita Smith (Capen); and his siblings, Robert Quinn and Betty Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Anne L. Quinn (Hebert); and his children, Christine Leonard (Scott) of Rutland, Patrick Quinn (Patricia) of Rutland and Peter Quinn (Karen) of Clinton. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
