It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Morton (Rutland, Massachusetts), born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on May 15, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola Morton and Martha Morton (Kyle); his wife Eleanore Morton (Buck); his siblings, Barbara Morton and William Morton; and his grandson Jeffrey Morton, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Morton, Elizabeth Morton of Rutland and Martha Stranieri (John) of Rutland; his brothers, Frank Morton (Mary Ellen) of Bradenton, FL, Robert Morton of Woodhaven, MI and George Morton of Southgate, MI; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Stephanie, Sonya, Callie and Ethan. He is also survived by his twelve great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tom's name may be made to the First Congregational Church of Rutland.
