She is survived by: her parents, Vincent Ross and Virginia Ross (Doucette) of Rutland; her sons, Andrew P. Bell, Jr. of Rutland and John V. Bell (Melissa) of Barre; her significant other Rickey Bassette of Rutland; her siblings, Vincent Ross, Christopher Ross, Ellen Ross of Enfield, CT, Kathy Healy and Jeannette Hoch of Rutland; and her granddaughter Olivia Mae Bell.
