She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond M. O'Neal and Ellen O'Neal (Donovan); her brother R. Gordon O'Neal; and her husband Fred. She is survived by: her children, Frederick Warren, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Stephen Warren (Connie) of Storrs, CT, Gordon Warren of Hyannis, Dorothy Tsotsis (Michael) of Rutland, Judith Curtin of Holden and Katherine Cammuso (Paul) of Rutland. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Patrick Church or to the charity of one's choice.
