He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Puliafico and Dorothy Puliafico (Weighill); and his siblings, Charlie Puliafico, Cindy Clarkson and Laurie Puliafico.
He is survived by: his wife Corrine Puliafico (Smith) of Rutland; his children, Steve (Missy) of Rutland, Gayla Bieksha (Steve) of Hubbardston and Amy Puliafico of Worcester; his grandchildren, Casey, Troy, Carson, Alison and Benjamin; his brother Paul Puliafico (Missy) of Worcester; and his friends, Bill Regienus and Mark OConnor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
