He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mattson and Irene Mattson (Wiitala). He is survived by: his wife Anita Mary Mattson (Ketela); his children, Charles Mattson (Kristin) of Ridgecrest, CA, Eileen Richards (Mark) of Floyds Knobs, IN and Karen Mattson of Cape Cod; and his brother Paul Mattson of Rutland. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
