Raymond L. Alger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond L. Alger (Rutland, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 84. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Raymond leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Selina Monroe; and his sister Jean Alhstrom. He is survived by: his daughter Selena Alger; his grandchildren, Alissa Cimmino, Elizah Munroe-Taylor and Dylan Alger; and his sister Carolyn McCubrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rural Cemetery (140 Main St, Rutland, MA 01543).
