He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Timothy J. Foley and Bertille G. Foley (Toomey); his wife Terry Foley (Peter); his children, Jim Foley of Rutland, Christine Frisard (Ron) of Worcester and Tricia Carlson (Chris) of Rutland; his grandchildren, Meghan, Brody, Liam, Bayla, Griffin and Brennen; his siblings, Kevin Foley (Brenda) of Boca Raton, FL, Brian Foley (Norma) of Worcester, David Foley (Patty) of Shrewsbury, Mary Parmenter of Nashua, NH and Timothy J. Foley III; and his brother-in-law Neil Parmenter. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
