Cannell (Rutland, Massachusetts), born in Southbridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley T. Blackmer and Doris Blackmer (Ford). She is survived by: her husband Philip J. Cannell; her daughter Elizabeth A. Cannell (Matthew Lagueux) of Rutland; her siblings, Douglas Blackmer (Pauline) of Southbridge and Barbara O'Brien (Thomas) of Southbridge; and her brother-in-law Steve Cannell (Donna) of Rutland. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
