With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline M. Oliver of Rutland, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 11, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marie R. Belisle and Dr. Eugene S. Belisle; her husband Chester T. Oliver, Jr.; her children, Michael E. Oliver (Cathi) of China, Michigan and Deborah A. Hartley of Rutland; her grandsons, Jeffrey Prucnal and Christopher Prucnal; her great grandchild Colby Prucnal; her brother Alexander J. Belisle, Sr.; and her grandson Jason Oliver.
