He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Sjauw; his children, Jessica Luong (Matt Laskowski) of Pasadena, CA, Quinn Luong (Stephanie Li) of Mountlake Terrace, WA and Ryan Luong of Rutland; his siblings, Stephen Luong (Linh Luu) of Webster, Huy Luong (Mai Ta) of Worcester, Linda Luong (Luc To) and Lily Luong (Hung Vo) of Worcester; and his parents, Michael Luong and Mui Lu.
