He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert W. Burbank and Bertha Burbank (McCrea); and his siblings, Jay Burbank and Bette Oskirko. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Burbank (Theirrien); his son Paul W. Burbank of Cherry Valley; his grandson Rick Carmel of Spencer; and his siblings, David Burbank of Auburn and Mary Paula McCrea of Ayer. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
