He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Warren, Sr. and Dorothy Warren (Buck); and his brothers, Harold Warren, Jr. and David Warren. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Warren; his sister Virginia Francois of Storrs, CT; and his children, Frederick S. Warren Jr. of Louisville, KY, Stephen M. Warren (Connie) of Storrs, CT, Gordon F. Warren of Hyannis, Dorothy E. Tsotsis (Michael) of Rutland, Judith D Curtin of Holden and Katherine A. Cammuso (Paul) of Rutland. He is also survived by thirteen nieces & nephews, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
