He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Okrah and Twumwaa Okrah (Anim). He is survived by: his wife Lily Okrah (Ayertey); his children, Emmanuel A. Okrah, Jr. of Worcester, Joseph T. Okrah of Framingham, Maude T. Okrah of Washington, DC and Nikki L. Okrah of Boston; his siblings, Richard Okrah, Kofi Okrah and Gladys Okrah; and his grandmother Nukpe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
