It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna L. Furtado in Rutland, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 28, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Provost and John Provost; her siblings, Barbara Provost, Doris Jenkins, John and Kenneth Provost; and her sons-in-law, Peter and Steven Kolofsky.
She is survived by: her husband James Furtado of Rutland; her children, Lisa Kolofsky of Sebago, Darlene Kolofsky (Christopher) of Rutland, Dorene Kolofsky (Michael Poulin) of Rutland, Brian Furtado of Rutland and James Furtado (Andree Lamoureux) of New Braintree; and her brother Ronald Provost of Worcester. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rutland Fire Department or the Rutland Senior Center.
