He is survived by: his wife Sherri Affenito-Kollar of Russell; his grandchildren, Adam Kollar of Louisiana, Samuel Kollar of Florida, Marcus Kollar, Carolina and Steven Ash of Connecticut; his daughter Pauline Durand (Bruce) of New Hartford, CT.; his granddaughter Katie Durand Drake of Connecticut; his son Michael Kollar; his grandchildren, Dean Kollar, Steven Kollar and Maddie Wright of Connecticut; his daughter Sherry Kollar (Jeff Nicoletti) of Naugatuck, CT; his friend Venerie Walker of Woodbridge, VA; his brothers, John Kollar (Karen) of Southington, CT, Martin Kollar of Hampden, MA and Wayne Kollar of California; his stepdaughter Peggy Hartmann (Chris) of Deland; his stepgrandchildren, Thomas and Christian; and his stepson James J. Mulcahy. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
