Ruth Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 89, Ruth Smith of Russell, Massachusetts, born in Putney, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wood and Ethel Wood (French); her husband Edward J. Smith; and her brother Robert Wood of Agawam. She is survived by: her children, Dawn C. Smith of Easthampton, Diane C. Smith of Easthampton, Deirdre A. Gintowt (Dennis) of Southampton and Earl L. Smith of Boston. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
