She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Jasnocha; her husband Louis "George" Surprenant; her sister Dorothy Bish; her brother-in-law Jean Charles Surprenant (Germaine); and her nephew Jeffrey Bish.
She is survived by: her children, Hope Church, Paul Surprenant (Chrysla) of Wilbraham, Patricia Scuderi (Carmelo) of Russell and Robert Surprenant (Marsha) of Orlando, FL; her grandsons, Anthony, Michael Scuderi and Stephen Surprenant; her brother-in-law William Bish; and her nieces, Susan Norman and Nancy Fontes.
