He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Ralph "Booko" Cloukey and Brenda Cloukey of Royalston. He is survived by: his sisters, Lottie Johnson of Phillipston, Melissa Cloukey-Perez of Templeton and Johnna Hebert; his brother-in-law Matt Hebert (Penny Kelleher) of Tully; his nieces and nephews, Shayna, Evan Perez, Linnea, Lilly Johnson, Camden, Kaylin Hebert, Tanner and Bryan Hebert; his great-nephew Lorenzo Alvarado; and his friends, Tom Burke of Tully and Jackie Keach (Julie Moore) of Athol.
