With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce A. Fortin of Royalston, Massachusetts, born in Wood River, Illinois, who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Buddie Lee Owens; her husband Norman Fortin; and her brothers, David and Thomas Owens. She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Harmon of Royalston; her grandchildren, Kamryn Harmon and Ryan Taft; and her siblings, Lois (Dwayne Hebert), Georgia Kay Finkbeiner (Pam MClatchy), Margie (Herb Johnson), Claudia Albert of Hartford, IL and James Owens (Karen).
