Dowie; his children, Timothy, Pamela and Suzanne; his sister Cynthia Boice Stoltz; his brother-in-law Joseph Stoltz; his grandchildren, Philip, Alyssa, Jennifer and Jamie; his close friend Jack Wilkinson; and his friend Chrissy Wilkinson. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
