He was predeceased by: his parents, William Connolly and Jeanne Connolly. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Connolly; his children, Erin, Brian and Michael Connolly; and his sisters, Carole Saslaw (Joel) of Peabody and Christine Wirkkala. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
