She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Chase and Lawrence Chase; and her significant other Charles Gwinn. She is survived by: her children, Chris, Christopher Gwinn (Bernadette) and Maryjane Weltler (Kurt); her grandchildren, Nicholas Weltler and Megan Alberta (Daniel Alberta); and her cousin Judy Riley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
