Louis Malaquias Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Malaquias of Rowley, Massachusetts, born in Gloucester, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Malaquias and Theresa Malaquias (Mallette); and his brother Jack Malaquias. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Figurido); his children, Nicole Dziadose (Jeremy), Brian Malaquias (Beverly) and Jason Malaquias (Emily); his grandchildren, Jaclyn, Brandon Dziadose, Emily, Benjamin Malaquias and Coral Malaquias; and his siblings, Joanne Oliver, Donna Merchant, Richard Malaquias and Peter Malaquias. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the covid pandemic a private funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Ipswich. Burial will be private as well.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution can be made in Lou's name to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, 383 Main Ave, 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851 or on the: themmrf.org website.
